Any fans of So I Married an Axe Murderer are familiar with the idea of "the Pentaverate."

Now Mike Myers has made a series about this fictional pentaverate, and he plays several characters. The previews looked really weird and disappointing IMO, but now that I'm watching it, I'm loving it. The first episode had several LOLs and the story is really fun. Looking forward to seeing the whole thing (six episodes in total).

Thanks for posting this. The previews on Netflix don't really sell it, maybe I'll give it a shot if the show is better than the previews.

Yea, the previews made it look like some of his last couple movies where he plays multiple rows that were all bad.

If you like Austin Powers, it's the exact same humor. I've found it humorous for a binge watch. In a year, I will probably have forget most of what happened.

Watched first episode last night

Overall, it wasn't really grabbing me. Very broad, as is Myers style. But there were 2 or 3 surprising laugh out louds.

I think if bored I will find time to work in more episodes, but I'm not sure. It did have its moments, and maybe it gets a bit more cohesive. Whatever that means.

Being electrocuted.

That's it. I was electrocuted once. It was horrible.

Binged it over a couple of days and found it mildly amusing. It is vintage Mike Myers, full of puns and visual gags, loads of sexual / bathroom humor, and some full-frontal nudity for good measure. The funniest parts were probably the cut scenes with the Netflix exec. As others have said, if you like Austin Powers you'll like this.
