I just wasn't feeling the dichotomy work between the seriousness of DiCaprio's character and the comedic performances of everybody else (including the trailer soundtrack). It's clearly meant to be a dark comedy movie...but it just didn't seem funny to me. Maybe I'll be wrong and it'll work with more minutes to judge it from, maybe not.

You can literally spend more time deciding what to watch than watching something. Its like just creating a bevy of content for your platform is it's own niche entertainment timesuck.

Completely weird. I freely admit that I'm stuck in the 80s/90s era formula of 60% sitcoms/30% hour long dramas/10% news magazine shows. I don't see any healthy path forward with being inundated with round-the-clock programming on like 10 or so major streaming platforms.

I guess the availability of tv programming is slightly healthier than being a video game dork, but not by much. Maybe video games are more majority male-based and the streaming glut is more for females.

I need a list like this but going back 6-12 months.
Whenever I see a preview or hear about something I'm interested in I forget about by the time I'm in front of the TV with actual freetime to watch a show.
I end up watching Office reruns because I get frustrated sorting through all of the streaming services and not being able to find anything to watch.
