Pretty exhaustive look at the Stack collapse, the families involved, the aftermath, etc

It's a tough watch for sure but well done.

I was there....not sure I want to relive that.

I have no idea about the content of the doc but the guy who directed it seems to have an assembly line going to taking American tragedies and turning them into films. Not sure I really want to support that.

I looked him up after I watched it to see if he had any affiliation with A&M. Noticed the same thing you did. That said, the tone of the doc isn't, at all, exploitative.

Is this the old History Channel show about "disasters" (sinkholes, bridge collapse, etc) rebranded?

No, it's a documentary produced last year. Mainly focused on Jon Comstock's story but includes the overarching elements and interviews with several family members as well as a decently deep dive into the culture of A&M and why Bonfire played such a large role in that culture.

Texags even gets some pub as Hunter Goodwin is interviewed in the Texags studio

This was shown in theaters in BCS back in November.

With how I am right now, this was a bad mistake. I am depressed. It made me cry.



But if you aren't depressed or remember being on bonfire or you are me you bring the cookies because that is your job, it makes you remember what Bonfire was.

Definitely. It's not written for Aggies it's for the general public

I think it still too soon.
