Question...

does the show get better to you after season 1? Or kind of just stay the same.

I am in "like it dont love it" mode after finishing season 1 and deciding if its worth my time.

do you think it gets better? worse? or pretty much stays the same.

It's petty much the same.
If anything it probably starts to feel more redundant after a while.
Will watch the final season though when it gets to Netflix because I made it this far.

I really liked the series but if you were meh in season 1 then maybe it's not for you. Much the same, except I think it takes on a little sweeter tone as the family embraces the people and the town more as the seasons go on.

It definitely grew on me after season one. I didn't really like any of the characters except David early on. By the end, Moira was surprisingly my favorite.

My wife likes it so I have watched all of the seasons on Netflix. I give it a meh overall. It has made me laugh a few times but not enough to keep my interest.
