If you haven't seen this pop up in Disney+ over the last week or so do yourself a favor and go find it (I think they can also be found on YouTube). It's a series of 14 shorts directed by a variety of artists from all over Disney Animation, they made blind pitches and the directors were selected to create their own shorts with a team over a 4 month timeframe. The artists were encouraged to try things that are atypical of the Disney animation style, and per one article the shorts weren't originally intended to be viewed in public.

Each short has a quick intro with the director talking about the short, some are really fun and others are deeply personal. Overall it's a bunch of really fantastic, beautiful work. For me Puddles, Hair Jitsu, and Downtown were some of my faves, but they're all pretty great.
