D23 is coming up this weekend, starting August 23rd. Subjects such as new movie lineups from Disney Animation, Pixar, LucasFilm, Marvel, Disney+ streaming services, Disney Parks, etc... lots of possible discussion points.

makes it easier to track in 1 thread.

I'm personally curious if the Spider-Man Sony fiasco will come up this weekend.

Just wrapped up 2 years of Disneyland Annual Passholdership by taking my 4 year old daughter to see the princesses again and for me to see Galaxy's Edge for the first time. Taking a break to save my loot and wait until my baby son grows up a bit.

It's been a good experience to see my daughter enjoy all that Disney provides though the money drain has been intense.

At Disney California Adventure they cordoned off a section of the park with barricades that read "Stark Industries" which is to be the future Marvel land in the park. It's very much known they were building this but perhaps the announcement contains details about it because it's been kind of secret as to the extent of it.

Would make sense. It doesn't look like it's a movie announcement, since it's not Walt Disney Studios, so something theme park related is more likely.
