My body is ready
It does. I agree that parts of season 1 were slow, especially Joe and Juliana's first story arc through the neutral zone.WelchAg said:
Does the show get better beyond season 1? I've tried to watch 3 times now and I never get past the first 4-5 episodes.

But.....WHEN??????
It is slow, yes, but I have found it to be extremely compelling. Seasons 2 and 3 were a bit faster paced than Season 1.WelchAg said:

I mean I guess it makes sense but I was for some reason expecting the US marines marching through.
Well...sorta. A lot of the people that were wiped out by the American Reich were still alive in the other reality.dromo07 said:

That finale was terrible.
Stuff left unanswered
- Nazi John driving off and leaving his wife in the street
- John Smith is now missing because Nazi John is dead
- What happened to Thomas in the Marines after the big symbolic van scene
- Add to that they they spent more time finishing the story to Kido's son...who just showed up
- Did the American Reich become the United States again as a nuclear power
- Did the west coast become its own country...without nuclear power
- How did all of those people enter the portal when there was only one machine
That's a start.....but so many more unanswered questions.
