McConaughey, Harrelson, Powers Booth, Wilson brothers all come to mind for various reasons.

There should be some sort of "Texan" rule for this, like you had to have been born here,and at least stayed long enough to attend high school here. Who on this list above would this eliminate? As great as he is, this would eliminate people like Steve Martin, who probably doesn't even remember much about being in Texas (Wiki says he was raised in CA).
