Looking for suggestions for your favorite rap or hip hop songs. Only catch is that they have to be safe for work. That means no swearing and subject material cant reference NSFW situations. Basically since I work at a high school I dont want to get in trouble for my spotify playlist at work

not sure what else I can give you. Song cant have swearing, cant reference drugs/alcohol/guns/sex, thats basically it. Most of the stuff I like to listen violates at least one of those rules. Im just trying to find something from that genre that I can listen to at work

Yeah, to fit the criteria, you may have to stick with Christian rappers and even that might push it at times. It's amazing what music contains, I tried to play music on Fridays my students were working independently, after going through several genres, it became instrumental or quasi Christian music. Texas Country was sneaky bad.

Another vote for Lecrae. I think he is easily one of the best going right now, but because his music is considered "Christian" most people don't know about him.

Another good one in the same vein as Lecrae is Andy Mineo.
