JJ Abrams is producing a Hulu original series that takes place in the Stephen King multiverse!

Abrams can be hit or miss. I really hope this is good!

Could be great. King can translate to the screen extra ordinarily well when done right (the scary stuff should ALWAYS be in the dark and Kindof mysterious).

BUT is the shining in the Castle Rock universe? That was a Colorado hotel, right?

Is King invested in Hulu? Didn't they do 11.22.63 as well?

I think virtually everything is in the Castle Rock universe. I'd have reread Doctor Sleep, but I'm sure King was able to get The Shining connected through that book.

Word. The Stanley hotel. In the movie, the external shots are of the Timberline Lodge in Oregon.

What does that have to do with anything? King's Castle Rock is in Maine.
