One night the pipes are frozen, and the next day we're wearing shorts and eating Bluebell. It may be hard to plan where to go out to eat, but there's always a go-to meal you can count on - a big bowl of chili, soup or gumbo.

I think that Fish Daddy's has the best gumbo. Chilies chicken enchilada soup is extremely good. Chuy's tortilla soup is excellent. I'm not a big chili person so I don't know who has the best.
