What is a better casino on a Friday?

I really only play poker. Winstar usually has more action (more tables and more games) poker wise. But choctaw has a few rukes that i like (cash plays, can buy in for 70% of big stack at table, etc).

But overall I think choctaw is a little nicer than winstar. I'm guessing both have the same games on the casino floor, and I know you have to pay an ante for blackjack at both. Also, you have to pay for alcohol at both. Winstar may be a little more of a party atmosphere on the casino floors since they always have concerts and now have a night club, but someone else will have to speak to that since I don't usually leave the poker room.

Sorry, I'm not too much help with non poker stuff. Just thought I'd respond since noone else had. If you have any specific questions Ill see if i can answer them.

I'm not going to help either, but those casinos are a hilarious mix of Oklahoma trailer trash blowing their paycheck and DFW upper middle class high schoolers/early college kids spending daddy's money.

I live about 10 minutes from Winstar, so that's where I usually go, but like mavs, I pretty much stay in the poker room. I think Choctaw is a little nicer, but Winstar probably has the better atmosphere if you're looking to drink and have a good time.

What games do you play in poker room, mavs? I pretty much live at the 2/5NL tables with an occasional foray into 5/10 if I'm feeling frisky.

I can't get over either of these and plan on never going because of them. I'd rather spend a couple more hours in the car and go to Shreveport.

Go to Shreveport. I play in Shreveport and without a huge bankroll I have earned free nights. I don't have to deal with 18 year olds, they have free drinks, no ante, and real craps!
