Always been one of my favorite movies and somehow missed that it was a Wingnut production. Throw in Robert Zemeckies involvement (Ghostbusters being another favorite) and I guess it's no wonder I liked it.

The funny thing is, (and I don't know how I remember this) but when that movie was released it was marketed as a Robert Zemeckis film.

I need to watch it again. Been years since I've seen it but I liked it a lot when I was little. Wonder if it holds up.

I remember really liking it back in the day. Probably full of 90s movie cheese if I rewatched today.

Loved this film.

Loved how it went from a weird little pseudo-romantic movie (with ghosts) and then takes really dark and violent 180 degree turn in the third act.

It's a hard to classify movie, which is probably why it didn't do well.

One of the ones I'm surprised more people have it seen but you're probably right on the reasoning Bill.

I just noticed it on Netflix last night. Definitely held up well. Some of the FX are a little dated but overall it worked well. The regular ghost effects were still pretty solid. R. Lee Ermey is awesome as well.
