Also perfect when you need to provide an entree for 20 people under extreme kitchen conditions after travelling 18 hours.

HEB often puts it on sale during the summer, too. Very freezable!

We bought one of those for a tailgate last year. We smoked it for just a little while when we got to CS and it turned out pretty good.

yeah im pretty sure they have a tupper-ware type thing of it... but ive only had the larger one. i think its like 24.99 but they have it on special sometimes. it saves for days as well.

I can easily think of a bad thing about HEB...they often don't have some of the higher end brands. There are a few things that you have to get in the luxury brands and HEB just doesn't carry them. Tom Thumb is the best grocery store.

I've served them many times at hunting camp with great reviews. They even come in mesquite or hickory flavors.

I doubt very serious if HEB brisket has ever competed at the Jack Daniels Invitational Cook Off or won at the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo Cook Off. But maybe it is that good...
