Two bags should fill up both tires.

You are still missing a number in your tire size. Should be P225/75R-X where X is a number from about 14-18 or so.

by my quick calculation, you will need about 8 cubic feet for each tire.

I screwed up and used the diameter of the tire rather than the radius.

You will need 2 cubic feet per tire.

I don't know. Read the bag and see how much it will make.

How do you plan on doing this?

I am trying to picture how you are going to put CONCRETE (not cement YOU MORON!) in a tire that is open. Do you plan on forming up the open areas?

Stick a wooden board in there.

You will need approx 2 cubic feet per tire

An 80 lb bag is .60 cubic feet

so you need almost 7 bags of concrete or 3.33 bags for each.

And you want to use concrete not cement.

a normal bag (80 lb.s is the big one) is 1/3 cf! Should be around 4-6 dollars!

Just add extra water, stretch it out.

Oh, and while you were going through all this bullchit on texags, you could have gone an bought 20 bags, used what you needed and taken the excess back.

we did this and used 5 bags total...tire on top of heavy trash bags, board that would barely fit into the tire, cement mixed in the wheelbarrow...dump into tire, cover with newspaper and plastic! two hours later added the pipe and anchored it

Voila! Made a sand pit in the back yard and the kids and friends loved it.

four bags.

The answer is four bags.
I could have used anohter 1/2 bag.
But it was getting dark.

I just did it.

Now I have to go buy more bags.
