I've lost a good amount of weight recently and I have several pairs of pants from Express that are now too big. How much should I expect to pay for a tailor to take them in a couple of sizes at the waist?

I'm not done losing so I don't want to buy new pants yet. They cost $60 originally so I want to wear them as long as I can

It could easily cost $30/pair. They basically have to take 'em apart around the waist to do the job correctly.

To let the hem out of my pants usually cost only $10 but to do the waist I would estimate around $20, but this is only a guess.

These don't have belt loops so I can't cinch them like I do my jeans. After consulting w/ the coworkers, I'm not sure these could be altered that way without looking funny.

Can anyone recommend a good person in North Dallas to do this? I have two pairs of pants that need the hem taken up in them and I have no idea who to go to..my mom always did this for me :\

Dry Clean Super City on Frankford Rd does a great job and they are cheap. I know lots of girls who trust them with their $150 jeans. They're in the Kroger shopping center next to the bank.

Derivative too obvious, but would still be funny.
