170 years ago today, the Alamo was recaptured by Santa Anna's Mexican Army.

This brings up bad memories, i don't like the number 1836.

oddly enough the houston mls team is announcing their new name today after 1836 was deemed offensive to messicans.

Turns out the Mexicans won the war after all, given the latest census figures.
