I'm slick as a whistle.

Of course, I have a reason for it... when technical diving, I may be underwater in my drysuit for 2-3 hours at a time. Being a drysuit, I can't pee in it (well, I can, but it would stink and be pretty unpleasant).

So I have an "overboard relief valve" - a one way fluid valve that allows me to urinate. But in order to do so, I wear a condom catheter that uses an adhesive to keep the thing where it's supposed to be and to prevent leaks in an unwanted direction.

So yeah, I keep things nice and tidy down there, because pulling one's pubes out by the roots due to the cath adhesive is VERY unpleasant.

And besides all that, my lady kinda digs it.
