Here's my useless thought for the day. Everyone has heard the sayings "Liquor before beer, you're in the clear." "Beer before liquor makes you sicker." But my question is where does wine fit into the grand scheme?

I thought it was liquor before beer have no fear, beer before liquor never been sicker.
I can mix beer & liquor with pretty much no worries. But wine mixed with anything is a recipe for disaster with this guy.

it isnt the order that matters. its just that if youre drunk off beer and go to liquor you will usually have too much alcohol as opposed to drunk off liquor and then sipping a beer.......you can mix however you want, just make sure you dont have too much

"Liquor before beer, nothing to fear....beer before liquor, hey that's cool too."

Funny thing, drinking allows me to forget some of my actions. Sent an email to EVA the other night (hey, I was watching the Final game, had to drink!) & I'm still trying to remember what I wrote. Remember asking a few questions about his family.
Hopefully mentioned nothing too suggestive (although he definitely deserves it).

As my first post I feel the need to correct all in this traditional saying. It's "beer and liquor f***s you up quicker".

Ok so I learned the hard way last weekend. Drank a bottle of wine by myself. Moved on to beer. I vaguely remember downing a few shots....and that was the end of me. I'm pretty sure it was the wine!

I don't think order with wine matters, although darker (red) wine has more hangover potential than more clear (white) wine.

In my experience, wine doesn't mix well with anything.
Never mix grain and grape.
And its beer before liquor... get drunk quicker.

wine hangovers are the worst
I get drunk faster off wine, why is that?
I also am pretty much guaranteed a hangover if I get drunk off wine... I rarely get hangovers from liquor.
