I know from relatives that there were Aggie secret societies (Stickers, TT's, etc.)back in the 40's but I never heard mention of them when I was in school in the 80's. I thought they must have died out, but I'm starting to see references again. Maybe I just wasn't in on the secret. Are they still around?

I've heard the rumors as well from supposedly reliable sources. One guy I know heard about them from a friend. The week after the guy and I had this conversation, the friend, whom I had seen around campus infrequently, was in an 'accident'.

Recognize that the wise learn by the examples that others pose.

There was also the BCC, although it was more "not publicized" than "secret".

The purpose of the BCC (Building Climber's Club) was to climb the buildings on campus and explore the steam tunnels.

It only lasted a year.

The stickers are still there. They get off when people make a big deal about them. They are a bunch of "ol Army" ags who like to have BBQue parties and drink Big Red. Seriously, they don't control anything anymore outside of Yell Leader. And who cares about that really?

Who said anything about controling anything? We were just talking about Secret Orgs and you had to go and pull out a "They control the world" card....sheesh....cant people just meet in secret for fun anymore??
