Hey everyone,
I have a litter of 7 border collie puppies that are going to need homes soon. They will be 6 weeks old and ready to be taken the week of June 13th.

The litter was born May 2nd and there are 3 girls and 4 boys. 3 of the boys and 2 of the girls are the traditional black and white coloring and there is one boy and one girl that have the red and white coloring. They do not have papers (I only have papers for the father), but both parents are on site if you are interested in seeing them. The father is a Tricolor Border Collie, and the mother is a Red Border Collie.

I am looking to get somewhere between $50-100 for them depending on things like cost for the shots, etc, and I'm willing to work with anyone on the price, but I think that seems reasonable because I think it would cost something even if you were wanting to get an animal from a shelter. Well Bryan actually, but you know the area...

The Female Red seems to be the Alpha Dog of the group, while the male seems to be reserved. I don't know if there was specifically a runt in the litter, but if there was, it was probably him.

If I wanted a dog it would be a submissive male. I have a bitch who doesn't seem very tolerant of other bitches.

it is such refereshing to see a woman who can admit her feelings about other women

dgag, my girl and my brother-in-law's girl got into it one day. Both of them walked away bleeding. The only dogs I've seen her be very friendly with are boys. We are going to start some training with other dogs in June. I'd like to see if we can't get her manners in better shape with respect to strange dogs.

I'm pretty sure Buck's going to give me a very resounding "NO". He doesn't think our princess should have to share our attention. I think she might enjoy a playmate.

Be sure your princess doesn't feel the same way. Our terriers (both females) get into it about once every three to five weeks over food, favorite chew toys, bones, beds, etc.

Sometimes there is blood; most often (thankfully), there isn't.

That's why I am looking for a submissive male. She seems to be dominant with dogs (although not people) and worse with females. If I were to get her a playmate I'd like one who would let her continue to thuink she was the doggie boss of the house.

I'd love to take on another as a companion to Rob Roy MacGregor, our 6 1/2 year old B/W.

Unfortunately, logistics/distance will prevail. It's just too far from B/CS to the Atlantic Ocean.

Good luck finding them good homes. We love ours.

The 4 males have not been spoken for, but all 3 females are taken. I have one red boy and 3 black and whites... I have a feeling the red boy will be the next to go... He is the one I would keep if I could.

I'd like to see pics of what you have left...
