By the way, the best steak fingers I've ever eaten were those they used to serve at Duncan Dining Hall.

On year, though, they switched suppliers and the new steak fingers were pathetic. I don't guess they ever switched back.

NEVER eat any food from DQ. Ice cream is fine. But anything else is suspect.

My soph summer of HS, I worked on a ranch in west texas and we ate DQ once a day... and if we were lucky... twice.

That's all we ate because we didn't have time to cook and boss-man sucked a big one.

I've never looked at DQ the same. You try eating it for your sole meal for 2 months...

The same thing happened to me when I was on the 'chain gang' in Levenworth.

No, really.

And it was an hour round trip to get to that DQ in Roscoe.

But it was kinda like a chain gang, you're right on that one.

A friend once told me that while he was working for A&M as a student worker, he had to go through the back of Duncan Dining Hall. He said he saw boxes that said:

USDA Grade D - Edible

Even though I've never eaten there, I began to question all of the food on campus, especially the sphincter&heart-ridden chicken fried stake at Pie R Square.

If you knew what I did about the ice cream there you won't be so quick to jump on it!

Also, anytime you have to actually label meat as "edible," you should question it.
