I don't really understand the appeal of "street level" cocaine. You're putting (hopefully) baking soda up your nose... or baby laxative, or whatever they've cut the product with. You don't even know what you're ingesting. I understand why addicts are willing to do that, but not casual users.
EDIT - But I would be willing (even eager) to try coca leaf tea.
Real Coke is incredible. If you know the right people it's worth doing. I don't know how it is these days but before everything had fent in it, if you knew the right people it was pretty damn fun.
I graduated high school in 1985. One evening when I was still in school I was out with some classmates, one of whom was the "wild one" of our class (He later spent time in prison for vehicular manslaughter while driving drunk). The topic of cocaine came up. He relayed his experience. He said, "you don't really feel any different but if you're doing something like playing football you think you're the baddest mother f***er on the field."
One other coworker years later was Army Reserve. He joked about random drug testing in the Army He said all it did was convert the potheads to coke heads because the knew the coke got metabolized faster than THC.
