Mine was as a medical student learning on a "proctored" or standardized patient. The man, who was paid handsomely to let 100 medical students or so practice on him, was clearly very educated about this particular procedure.
He came with a textbook.
As we were "examining him," he would say things like, "Ok, yeah, we're clearly on page 20 now, if you'll pay attention this is what your feeling.. ooops, we've gone to far up, we're on page 25 now, back down, there you go, we're you'll see this on page 21 here, good sport!"
