No guitar lesson yesterday since the a/c was out at the place I take lessons and it was 91 degrees inside. Ain't nobody got time for that

I'm ticked off that kids can now spend four years someplace outside of Aggieland and still get an undergraduate degree. It was one thing to acquire existing professional schools like the dental and law schools, but now McAllen and soon Fort Werf? For undergrad? Next they'll be available in Clear Lake.

Have you seen the new Fort Worth campus? It's beautiful. I'm sure TCU hates it.

• Ribs and chicken going on the pit later

-Slept not great. Awake at 6AM
-Up at 6:30. Made kiddo get up so could wash the sheets in the condo
-Packed up
-Just got on the road. Shows 9.5 hours, will get to CS at 5:44 (will be later as we will stop).
-Hopefully lots of travel work during the ride. Booked 2 back to back cruises for a Texager - Honolulu to Tahiti, Tahiti to Fiji
-Maybe a little nappy nap.
-Get to pet my puppers tonight

Went for long weekend run at 4 AM. I am insane

Fixed two busted sprinkler heads - required some digging so did it at sunrise. Did a little car maintenance. Cleaned the pool pumps and chlorine generator.

Need to finish moving stuff out of bedrooms as the guys replacing our carpet with hardwood are coming Wednesday. Will I've in a hotel for two weeks. Yeah!

75 degrees at 9200 feet is pretty warm. It's that whole closer to the sun bit. Broke down and bought some overpriced shorts and t shirts.

Currently 90F outside with a dewpoint of 78F. That's an absolutely absurd dewpoint and makes for a heat index of 105F. Not sure what I'll do today, but it will be in air-conditioning. Supposed to be sunny starting tomorrow, and we'll have heat indices over 110F.

Thinking I should be driving north next weekend and not 200 miles south to Branson.

I'm in Georgetown, CO at 8530'. Lunchtime here after riding to the top of Guanella Pass at 11,680'.

Week in Yellowstone and Grand Tetons

-Ran 7 miles. Did a little better than I've been doing, maybe getting used to the heat finally.
-Did some stupid work
-Now standing outside of a baseball stadium an hour before the gates open so I can get the giveaway jersey (Kirby Puckett!)
-TexAgsing to pass the time and avoid talking to other humans
-People in this town need more things to do
-Maybe I'll finish my work from last week once I get home, but probably not
