Teach a friends kid how to mow the back while I'm away, which means mow and bag the back later today after 6:00.
Pack for trip.

Enjoyed the visit with my sister and BIL yesterday.

Ate dinner at the Blue Ember Smokehouse in Fort Smith.

Woke up on time.

Got to work and have to catch up on a lot of new returns.

Peddle hula hoops.

Yessir, I'm on an A321

I like going through Atlanta the most because of Bojangles at ATL and because they run 757-300s which seen to have a lot more room.

Old lady behind me is confused because she's not actually supposed to go in the aisle. Boarding is taking forever...

- Lots to do that I procrastinated.
- Greek Fest tonight.
- Headache, yay.
- Pee smell is gone in the bathroom. I don't think it was pee at all but something caused by the torrential downpour. No one else smelled pew, just old house. Oh well, I'm glad for being wrong.

• Been traveling off an on for the last two months so I have a lot of projects to catch up on around the house.
• Friend is having surgery today so I am making dinner for our families. I am thinking of introducing them to Chicken Dorito Casserole
• Summer Fridays mean I have the afternoon off
• My friend's teen son has recently become interested in fishing (he's basically my nephew). I'm going to see if he want's to go fishing at our local lake this afternoon
• Have fun out there folks

Interdigital cyst. Basically an irritation/swelling/infection between two of her toes. It's happened a few times before - a couple weeks of antibiotics and a couple of days in the cone to keep her from licking it. She's also off walk duty for awhile, which is fine because it's balls hot even at 7:30.

Slept well last night. Barely moved at all.

Knocked out a lot of tasks this morning. Had to be a little grumpy with some people who wanted to make poor choices.

I got a random call from a Honda dealership yesterday wanting to buy back a car I bought from them 5 years ago before the pandemic. They must be hurting for business.

I have been both of these people

I am a lawyer, and I disagree. That being said, while I have no legal duty to provide additional treats, etc., as Cassie's owner, I likely have an ethical and moral duty to spoil her quit apart from any legal obligations.


Rest assured that she's being taken care of. She is currently sleeping on my office couch without the cone (I can keep an eye on her and keep her from licking the injured paw) while listening to a classic rock playlist (current song: "Crazy On You" by Heart).

He didn't even seem that shocked.

The only reason I didn't walk out three years ago was because it was darn near impossible to find a vehicle due to the pandemic.

I got so mad during the "buying" process I told them I was done talking/negotiating with them. So they had to deal with hubs over the phone.

Then when it came time to all the paperwork, etc, it took way too long, kept pushing warranties and acting like I was dumb. It was 100% in my name (and credit) and they put the email and phone as hubs.

And the place was a ****hole.

All fired up again 3 years later lol.

Not that I doubted your experience before the explanation, but hot damn, I'm fired up for you after hearing that! Unacceptable!

Normal day at CLT. Generally takes 15-30 minutes from landing to gate. I haven't noticed the expansion to A Terminal really helping with gate congestion.

Still waiting, they need someone to marshall the plane in. Glad I went to the bathroom before everyone had to sit down even though airplane restrooms are usually sus.
