I prefer the wings that are wings, not chicken nuggets.
If it is bone in, they have to be perfect for me. Meaty and well fried/baked, damn near crunchy. Any rubbery-ness and I am out. Disgusting. And low meat wings just piss me off in general. I think that is what people miss most in this discussion is the potential cons of bone in. Bone out is soooo much more forgiving IMO. Plus more filling of course.
Eating out, mostly bone out. Home made, bone in.

Costco has some good wings organic too. I'll try it over the next week. I should be able to find a good recipe on Youtube.
I like boneless wings but only if they're more like tendies than nuggies

Gf makes them in the air fryer. Anything she makes in that thing loses something it feels like. Doesn't taste the same, like most healthier alternatives.
Quality wings over sauced chicken nuggets every time. That said, if it's a ****ty wing, I'll take the sauced chicken nuggets, as long as the chicken in the nugget is decent and not some overly processed one that has been ground up and pressed into a form
