The ones sold by actual Girl Scouts. Not mom or dad or grandma trying to sell for them at the office.
The point of the exercise is to help them learn about fundraising and communicating with others and earning money for their troop, camp fees, etc.

I've heard the bakers, or at least a few of them, raised prices on GSA at the very last minute. They did not have time to look at options. Local cookie sales by troops support the local troops and aren't sent off to the corporate office. Some within GSA are concerned the local, rural troops are going to have a tougher time selling cookies this year due to price increases and may be underfunded.
If anyone wants to buy some girl scout cookies I would gladly post my daughters links to do so.
