1. Slippers are indoor shoes only. For slipper's sake, basement and patio are acceptable, as is a garage assuming that it's attached to the house and you do not have to walk outside to get there.
- As soon as slippers touch outside ground, they are no longer slippers and are now considered regular shoes.

2. Slipper sole must be cleaned regularly.

3. Slippers are allowed on furniture but the sole must not be flattened against said furniture.

4. Slippers are not allowed in bed, under the covers. Gross.


Slippers are not the same as slipper socks, which are not allowed on patios, basements or garages and ARE allowed in bed as long as they are washed frequently.

Same rules, rubber soles included. If they do not have hard soles then I might argue they are instead slipper socks.

I have 2 identical (except for color) pairs of slip-on Sketchers. One is for outside casual walks and one is for indoors. I don't really care for slippers...too noisy on hard flooring and too slippery.

I also have 3 pairs of velvet dress slippers which you incorrectly refer to as shoes. The green tasseled ones are def my favorite pair.

I have a two pairs of the exact same slippers that are rubber soled. I keep one pair for inside the house and one for outside the house especially when it's cold/snowy/icy.

I also have two pair of Bombas slippers which are my standard work from home footwear. I know you consider them in a different category but again I disagree. Bombas named 'em slippers, I'mma call 'em sippers.
