I would say my morning routine involves some relaxing TexAgs posting and extra time on the can.

My afternoon and evening bathroom usage is more in and out.

I quit drinking, run every day, eat 5 small snacks and drink 100 plus ounces of water. Now I'm in an out. Unless I'm in public and got someone to talk to in the other stall. Kinda weird that only about 1 in a 1000 will actually talk back to me.

It's really fun when I can speak to someone in my broken Spanish. Como se dice? "Damn that sure does stink!"

I have been off the sauce for 102 days.

I am on the toilet twice a day a day now and much healthier digestive functions.

Also wearing my CPAP and getting sleep helps a ton for my metabolic rate.

My wife used to go every other day and now goes about 1x a day and thinks I'm weird because I go more like 3x a day. Our young kids are also on 2-4 movements a day.

I think she's the weird one.

To answer the original question, the morning one and last one of the day are zen moments if I'm able to make that happen. Throughout the day if I'm home it's usually quick because I have limited time before a kid tries to open the door.
