Peaches come from a can,
They were put there by a man,
In a factory downtown,

I am surprised, really, that he didn't pull out a t-shirt gun and start firing MAGA shirts into the crowd after he tossed them the pens he used to sign his first EO's.

Those poor Jan 6 folks. In 4 years they'll be back on trial. All these parties do is spend 4 years trying to undo whatever the other side did the 4 years prior lol

They were given blanket pardons for all federal offenses. Can't be undone.

For OJ:

The first was a criminal trial.

The second one was a civil suit where the people affected by the murders sued him as the one responsible for the deaths of Nicole and her lover.

There is a much lower standard of proof for civil matters. And if you commit an act like assault and someone suffers damages you can bet your butt you are going to face criminal charges and then have to defend yourself on a civil suit later brought against you by the person you assualted.

But as the government was the one harmed in the J6 protests, they cannot sue anyone for damages. Being pardoned wipes away all criminal charges or ability to charge depending on how the pardon is written.

In a blanket pardon like Brandon gave his criminal son Hunter, it means Hunter cannot be charged or tried for ANY federal crimes he committed during the dates specified (going back to 2014)

I am not sure how the J6 pardons are worded but I would imagine they pardon those people for any crimes they were found guilty of or could be charged with as a result of their actions on January 6th or in relation to that.

That may have put you square with the Lord, but the state of Mississippi is a little more hard-nosed.
