Bro was watching football on his garage door Halloween night. He told me what projector he has but it's $1200. I want one, but I don't $1200 want one. What do you poors recommend?

$1200 projector on a garage door? Dude needs to buy himself a nice screen to enhance his overall picture.

Anything good to great will be >$1,000, but you can probably find something decent for <$1,000. For outdoors, you want something with a lot of lumens. But you probably can't trust the lumen specs for anything that is not a name brand. I have an Epson 1080p with lens shift (great for temporary setups), but it is the >$1,000 category.

I have a Sharp Model XV-Z12000 DLP Projector that I no longer use and would like to sell. I don't recall the model year, but I would guess around 2005. It would not be a unit that could be shown in daylight. I will include ceiling mount hardware and either a 6' x 8' or a 5' x 8' screen as well as the operation manual. I am asking $275 and am located in the Kingwood area.

Any adjustments require the use of an outdoor protractor.
