My doctor and his heavy set nurse are advising that a lobotomy is the best course of treatment. Wondering if anyone else has had this procedure. They say it's simple and 100% effective. My insurance covers it, so no out of pocket costs.

My only concern, does it hurt and are there any side effects. Wikipedia was not helpful.
