This used to be me.

But now... the fries have surpassed them.

Also, I agree with most of the sentiments about Sonic food overall. I really don't like that place... or any fast food really.

But I have to give credit where due. Near-perfect fries.

Every Braum's I've been to my whole life had horrible crinkle cut fries.

It's as if they were frozen, not fried long enough, and then dipped in warm water before they hand them to you.

Depends entirely on the crispiness of it. Crispy crinkle cut is fantastic and superior to all. Soggy crinkle cut is inferior to all. There is no in between

Quality of the fry is 98% dependent on the level of crisp. If it crunches, I don't care what the style is. If it's soggy, no thanks.

Take the new Sonic fries home, put them on some aluminum foil, put some shredded cheddar jack cheese on them, place in air fryer at 350 for 4 or 5 minutes to melt cheese

Canes isn't great, but the original Laynes is garbage. Never understood the love affair people have with that place. Their franchise locations are actually good though.
