• Sucks to be the kids because they'll be kind of stuck with me, but whatever. Stick one of them on one side of me and the other on the other side so they can't make each other mad

Rest day in Sort, Spain
Successfully ordered lunch in Spanish despite not having practiced in over 20 years (lamb and potatoes and house red wine). The house wine came in a jug and was dirt cheap.
Massage in an hour.
Three more days of riding until we hit the Mediterranean.

It's so flippin hot and Ac in the rental started leaking last night. Hopefully nothing major.

First day of 10th grade today for Benny. Got to school, and there were hundreds and hundreds of kids standing in two single file lines waiting to get in the building (new metal detectors this year). Will be interesting to see what they do to make this go more quickly as the year goes on.

Metal detectors ? Wow...

• Worked til 10:40PM last night. Normal bedtim is 10-10:15PM. Took forever to go to sleep.
• Gym at 6:30.
• Dragging ass this morning.
• Back to back meetings about to start.
• Luckily nothing tonight other than some work and ensuring getting those steps in.
• I've actually really started to enjoy the 7:45PM walks. Guess its about the only time I don't have to think and the sunsests have been beautiful.

Benny texted me this morning once he made it to his first class. That was 27 minutes after I'd dropped him off at back of the metal detector line. They're gonna have to do something to speed up the process.

Rough night. That 'scoping prep was fine last time i used it but wrecked me last night.

Procedure went well. All clear.

Propofol is glorious. Such a fantastic nap. Was out 45 minutes. Felt like two seconds.

Breaking my fast with a taco from Jesse's and a pineapple empanada and a tea. Really good choice.

Gonna nap later. Didn't sleep much or well last night.

Watch movies or YouTube or something and then pass out for a bit and play guitar later. Had to miss my lesson yesterday so I could start drinking the prep.
