Made morning coffee.

Made it to work at 3:45 a.m.

Pulled tires & loaded trucks.

Ready for 5 p.m.

Had fun racing Saturday night.

Lost the steering on the race car coming to the checkered flag. Finished 3rd.

Locked up the brakes and spun the car to keep from hitting anyone. No steering is no bueno.

The weather in Texas says there should be a football game this weekend.

I've had my windows open since Wednesday night. Looks like I'll finally close them and turn the AC back on tomorrow evening before I go to bed. My 11th July in Missouri, and the first time I've ever had my windows open more than a couple of days.

Work today, work tomorrow, and then AA baseball in Springfield, MO Wednesday. I'm excited.

100 degrees again today in the "high, cool desert" as locals like to describe it.

Slept restlessly. Crazy dreams.

Productive morning.

Got the new maple pepper grilled chicken sammich from CFA for lunch. It's ok. Not great. Not terrible. Won't need to get it again.

I went camping this weekend and my coffee maker is still in the trailer.

Parlor Panther is being lazy, as per usual. She's curled up in a chair in the living room.

We're buying a condo in Austin for a second home because we'll be spending a lot more time there. (I may even go for a PhD program at t.u. at some point). The really awesome part is it comes fully furnished. The owner moved to Brazil and said F-it on all the stuff that was in it. There's a guitar we'll be offloading soon.

Tell me more about this guitar.

I don't know anything about it. I didn't look at it when we toured the unit. I don't know enough about guitars to look at the pictures and give an intelligent response.

- There are a lot of cat tshirts that are space related.
- Slept like hell last night.
- Need a new bathing suit stat!
- Maybe I'll book my trip to Idaho today.

Oh God, I just remembered a dream I was having. I was fixing up a REAL big and old POS house that was probably stunning in its prime. It had busted sheds all over the property and the nearby neighboring properties were also in disrepair; very post-apocalyptic vibe. Homeless dudes were living in them but weren't bothering me so I was letting them be. It was fall and the leaves were changing and the weather was absolutely PERFECT. I remember feeling crazy joy in the dream.

I came upon a snek in my front yard today.

The boy and I are having Italian for dinner tonight. Chef Boyardee is yummy.
