I'd rather share my experience with some deaf and blind, mangey mutt, that has the world's worst case of diarrhea.

Dog.

Tropical island with plenty of food and fresh water, maybe a cache or rum? A woman for sure.

But desert? Definitely a dog. Dogs don't ***** and moan when things are unpleasant.

*Edit: Unless that woman is a woke feminist. They'll ***** and moan no matter where they are.

I would assume the woman would have more nutritional value.

They have done scenarios like this before on a show called Naked and Afraid.

Watch two episodes of that and get back to me on ur answer.

EDIT: if I have to be serious, probably the dog.

We're in the desert. She can't cook or clean so I'm not sure how else she could contribute.

The dog on the other hand won't cry or yell at me.
It won't ***** and moan about our situation.
It could help defend against potential threats.
Very little nagging from the dog.
Dog would probably play catch with me.
The dog can be trusted.

Immediate, blind reaction, I also choose the bear. At worst, it kills me and I don't have to waste 3 months wandering the deserts.
