Maybe, but I think it's also due to how the mayoral election is set up. The last three mayoral races have gone to run-off.

Not defending her, can't stand her personally or politically. I've seen the Nubian Queen videos.

But I do recognize she is a master at staying connected to her constituents - she spends a lot of time in her district.

I faithfully vote R every election along with 83% of the voters in my rural county. The Congressman from the metro area two counties away knows it & seldom if ever has been seen in our county except at his annual fundraiser dinner.

She doesn't have to stay connected to her constituents.

They have been brainwashed for decades to vote based on skin color or D next to the candidate's name. It's the only reason she's in office.

Sadly. What do her voters care about the moon's composition? What do they care if SJL knows either ? They don't. They don't prioritize education separate from indoctrination and propaganda.

She is the one telling them what they want to hear, supposedly giving handouts while maintaining their victimhood status so she can preserve their dependency and trust, and telling them who they must hate.
