I ask the GB- when you are at a Mexican restaurant that has different colored chips in the bowl, which do you prefer?

A decent hole in the wall place has only one type.....warm. Any place with color chips probably has pronouns on their name tags and you need to get the ***k out of there.

I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant with different color chips, are we talking about chips with blue dye added or chips made from blue corn? If a restaurant had actual blue corn chips, I wouldn't view that as cheap or bad.
