1. Primary use is the use it like Google but with the power of AI and to summarize information well.
2. If it can do this, have it do an outline from which I can write a paper with pertinent information in the draft.
3. For it to give me suggestions when I upload my vita so that my vitae looks more professional and may have better phrases and be more organized.

Somewhat related, but I have ChatGPT write my job descriptions. I give it a little info about my company and maybe 5-6 bullet points. I have to make some edits but 95% of it is done in seconds.

In my experience, AI sucks at writing cover letters. It might be passable, but its often very basic, formulaic, and very surface level.


If its just to check a box, chat got will likely work. If you want it to help you actually land that job, write it yourself.
