Merry Christmas Eve!

I forgot to bring my gift for the family exchange so I had to go out shopping this morning. Tried to get wine and beer but I forgot it was Sunday and the wieners wouldn't sell it to me

Dog boarder put me on the reservation waitlist without telling me. No boarding = no flying to Oklahoma. Christmas in Charlotte.
Well that's a neat surprise.
- Trader Joe's and Home Depot were empty. It was awesome.
- About to wrap all the gifts my sister bought for her kids bc she hates wrapping and I don't.

Other dog we are watching for a friend's daughter also slept in
Lots of dog walks today including some in the rain
Practiced guitar twice already! Learned a song. Mostly.
About to go brave HEB. Seems like a bad plan.
Need to run by a co-worker's apartment and feed her cats. Her pet care dude decided he would be out of town a few days.
Maybe a Christmas movie tonight?

People sat in my seat this morning at Church. CEO's don't know that I sit in the isle seat of Row QQ. I was going to yell in their face "GET OUT OF MY SEAT!" But the Christmas spirit overtook me and I wussed out. Came home and took a nap. Now I need to start my Christmas shopping.

In the choir loft (not pictured). Andrea Bocelli is a parishioner, I've been there on Christmas Masses where he's done solos. He's actually pretty good.

We've reached the part of the night where I think of that last bourbon I had as i look at the endless stack of presents to wrap, the endless mountain of dishes to wash and reality that bedtime is far away… just as Jesus would want it.
