I recently had my radio dial set to 94.5 out of Houston when this song came rolling through the queue and into my speakers.

Now, I've never been the biggest Staind fan, but I couldn't help but notice that early 2000's style just dripping off of this track. New, high quality Hard Rock hitting the mainstream airwaves isn't completely dead yet boys.

Haven't heard a new song like that in YEARS!

Need more of this now...

After all these years that dude is still singing about how he hates his parents? Seems like he could find some new material after like 25 years. How old is he, late 50s?

But still better than anything on the radio these days, no doubt. At least this song is composed of human beings playing actual instruments.

Not much new rock that's decent hitting the waves these days. Shinedown is probably the best band putting out new music that I'd consider mainstream

I'd argue with you, but I'm not familiar enough with their entire catalog enough to offer any strong rebuttals

Staind was my favorite band in high school. This definitely reminds me of old school Staind!

Aaron can still get after it. Loved Staind back in the day.
Today, unfortunately, many Americans have good reason to fear that they will be victimized if they are unable to protect themselves. And today, no less than in 1791, the Second Amendment guarantees their right to do so. - Justice Samuel Alito 2022

Saw them recently and Aaron Lewis was higher than a kite. He could barely string 2 words together. Huge disappointment.

Been there for a couple of shows(different bands).. I try to give these guys some leeway as tours can be long/grinding so quality can sometimes suffer.

Pretty much every band that I have seen multiple times live has had an off/mediocre night.

The only band that I've seen multiple times that has always killed it is Chevelle. It's why they're my favorite.

Never seen Staind live.

I've seen a few shows ;-).

Not the first time I've seen Staind or even Aaron Lewis (solo). This was bad. Heard that he was that way for most of the tour.

Chevelle put on a great show recently in the Woodlands (drove down there for that one). I've seen Chevelle 5 times over the years - the first time opening for Staind in Austin with Halestorm as well. They did one mediocre show at Emo's a bunch of years ago.

He's singing about his parents here?

Seems like it's about a significant other.

I bought the new Blink 182 digital album. First time I've paid for music since napster came out.

Well, when you grow up with an alcoholic parent, you know someone who posts heavily intoxicated, it scars you for your entire life.
