  • Game night at my place tonight, this time with a halloween theme
  • Costume contest....? For sure!
  • Some kind of boosterthon thing going on at school
  • Kids I think get sponsored for how many laps they can walk around or whatever. Fundraising company keeps like half the proceeds
  • Other parents have been complaining about how annoying it is
  • Ignorance is bliss, I had no idea it was even a thing

-So glad it's Friday!
- Day 4 of my kiddo being sick. She isn't up yet but doctor told her not to go back to school til Monday
-Work from home today
-Supposed to go to Conroe tonight. She has a softball tourney in Willis.
-Appt to get new iPhone at 6:15PM
- Hoping for Pappasitos for dinner - depends how kiddo feels

That's the plan but I did email her coach give her a heads up. Daughter just woke up. Still has a fever but not as high as it had been. I just told her coach we are iffy and she probably wouldn't be 100%.

- I had a single drink last night and slept like **** the whole night. Guess I should've had 10 and been dead to the world.
- Started planning my 20 year high school reunion which kind of makes me want to throw up. If I can't figure out my body / health issues and resolve them before then, then I'm not going. Even if I planned it. Because of SHAME!
- Thank God it's Friday.

It's not her fault. And it will all depend how she feels. Now if she claimed she was sick and I didn't t believe her, that's a whole other story. But thinks aren't looking so hot today so not sure about tomorrow.

Pretty sure she said once she is fever free she is good. But we may not allow her around others yet - all depends how today goes.

Currently 74F on my thermometer, and the temperature is about to plummet. I love having my windows open when a cold front moves through! I say the temperature is about to plummet because I heard the wind shift hit.
