Attendees saw their campsites transformed by thick, ankle-deep mud and organizers halted vehicles from traveling in or out of the festival after heavy rains started saturating the area Friday evening. Some festival-goers hiked miles to reach main roads while others hoped storms forecast to hit the area overnight wouldn't worsen conditions.

I have a couple friends who have gone the last 5 years. It sounds like a pretty interesting experience. Sure hope they've made it out ok, haven't heard from them yet.

Yeah, it's not so bad. We came well stocked with non-perishable foods like Kashi cereal and canned beans. But I do sort of regret burning that giant toilet paper roll pyramid on the second night.

Outdoor concert with too much rain and mud where people blitzed out of their minds were abandoned by their smart friends that left and probably couldn't find them..... sounds like Chilifest.

Pretty funny. Lifelong friend of mine met his wife because I left his drunk ass at Chilifest when I couldn't find him when it was time to leave.
