Grandkids coming up for a pool party.
We are getting ready for Alaska next week (all 14 of us)
Thankful for retirement and all the opportunities with the grandkids

  • We're taking my dad to the national track & field championships in Austin this weekend for his birthday. I honestly can't remember the last time I was in Texas.
  • The trumpet vine started blooming this week, so I temporarily don't detest it at this moment.
  • I saw one of my favorite YouTube creators at my local coffee shop last week, and I am wondering if he lives here or was only visiting.
  • I need to start buying fat clothes again.

We haven't had to turn on either heat or air conditioning for 35 days. I love this weather (thunderstorm in the afternoon and 65 degrees at night).
