I'm moving into an apartment in Houston and want to know the best provider for the money. I only need dial up for now, so nothing fancy. Any experience with EV1, Earthlink, ATT, ....?

I highly recommend EV1.. have had nothing but good experiences with them.

I had EV1 before Roadrunner and have no complaints at all. Always got a connection and their free WebJet actually sped it up just a bit.

I've been using EV1 for about 5 years and have NEVER had an issue.

My parents use these guys and their connection is cheap and rarely do they have any problems.
