What's your go-to coffee? Ground or whole bean? Drip, French press, pour over, pods? What do you put in it?

Rarely drink it.

Sometimes I'll have half a cup of whatever that high quality instant is that my wife and son keep on hand. It's surprisingly good for instant.

My wife makes whatever kind she buys in one of those Chemex pour-over drip carafes. I think she's currently using some flavor of Polite coffee.

She also gets coffee from Anderson's in Austin.

Sometimes she will get other stuff. I don't keep up with it since I don't drink it often.

Hot to cold and not growing fuzzy stuff is my requirement. White as snow with cream and sugar or peel off the paint and strip enamel, black. No matter.

Not being facetious either. I don't think I have ever bought the same kind of coffee twice in a row in my entire life.

Six months of the year, cold brew coffee consisting of Guatemalan Antigua or other sales brands. During the colder months of the year, Costco coffee is fine.

Keurig for simplicity and because I'm the only one who drinks coffee at home - Cafe Ole San Antonio blend or Independence Backyard Pecan

We just got a Nespresso vertuo, so I'm still trying out different pods to see what I like. If I'm making pour over I use HEB coffee.

My partner works at Starbucks and get a free pound of coffee each week, so I have that in the morning via the French press. For my afternoon cup, I'll do a pour over of one of our local roasters (which is right across the street!). My current favorite is their Ethiopian Wush Wush.

Independence Earlywine or Laughing Donkey (miss their Antigua) whole bean. i have a Mocamaster to brew. Throw in some ice so I don't burn my tongue and my day is off to the races.

La Spaziale espresso boiler at home; high-end single shot grinder. Day to day coffee is Lavazza Super Crema. Usually grind out a double and make a latte in the morning followed by a double espresso if I need a pick me up later in the morning.

At home it's drip Black Rifle Murdered Out (extra dark roast) with whatever flavored creamer I have. Never been a big fan of French Press, always comes out too acidic when I try, but I do love a pour over. I think my Chemex is packed away in one of my deployment boxes though.

Next year I think I'm going to upgrade my current Ninja for the new one that can do N'esspresso pods and regular drip coffee.

Fresh ground beans in a reusable k-cup for my weekday coffee. On the weekends, we usually have a pot made with freshly ground Corvus Coffee or any kind of drink you can make with the espresso machine. Hands down the best Christmas gift I ever gave my husband was that espresso machine. He built a whole coffee bar and now I have my own private barista!

Independence Jet Fuel in a Moccamaster has been my daily go to for years. I'm lazy, so I buy ground.

I used to grind beans daily and cycled between Ethiopian yirgacheffe, Tanzania peaberry, and Sumatra beans from HEB, and I thought they were all very good.

Coffee beans from different areas I visit are a must. Pecan shop in San Saba have some of the best Mocha Pecan. Back in Black coffee from Classic Rock Coffee in Navasota really good. Bought "Jamaican Me Crazy" beans from a San Angelo General Store is wonderful.

Most black coffees taste the same to me. I usually go one step above the cheapest available.

When I can find it, light roast Guatemalen Antigua, freshly ground and brewed in a french press. When I can't, light roast Mexican Chiapas done the same way.

If I don't have time to brew my own, Texas Pecan at CEFCO because if you bring your own mug, they usually don't charge you.
