Aggie Ring from '61 on Ebay from seller in India. Seller has two of them. I was thinking about buying this ring because it has "A&M College of Texas"

buy it.. you're protected using ebay.
I've purchased plenty of things on ebay that come from china and ebay. It takes a while, but eventually it shows up.

For a '61, it looks to be in unusually perfect condition. My 2014 ring looks more worn than that thing.
Send the listings to the Association and Balfour. Based on the description, this is a clear case of counterfeiting, which is governed pretty heavily and and the feds have amped up their efforts to go after forforeign counterfeiters.Irish 2.0 said:

I would meet in person in front of an Indian police station to be safe.

Assuming he was alive, I'd rather buy it and give it back to the former student.
I saw my dad do that several times, and he turned the rings over to the Association.
