I've been there. If you're in the area, it's worth going to. Good food for a small town restaurant. It doesn't stand out from all the other breweries in Texas, but Marble Falls is great, and beer in general is good.

Is there a better one in Marble Falls or within 30 minutes?

Frontyard Brewing is in Spicewood. Nice views in the hills around there and the beer is good. Some solid food trucks as well. We were there this past weekend for a friends birthday party. Had a good time.

You should also try Double Horn across the street and Save the World Brewery just north and east of MF

Save the World is good. Belgian-style brews are their specialty, and they do them well.

Went to Bear King. Loved it. The Ambrosia is a red maple ale that is kick ass. Their Hefeweizen is awesome too.

Stuck with shrimp tacos, which are hard to mess up. I don't expect breweries to excel at food.

I work in Marble Falls, and I agree with this assessment. Bear King was Aggie owned when it opened. I am not sure if that is still the case. The beer, food, and atmosphere are good and definitely worth visiting.
