I was doing the whole plant thing- repotting and whatnot and I guess there was one on one of the leaves. It looks like I put a cigarette out on my hand.

no, elbow- it is a catapillar-esque worm that hangs in plants.

I got stung by one in the 7th grade playing in the front yard once. I still have a round brown spot on my hand where it stung me.

I have. I was out Surveying in the woods and won stung me. It stings for an hour straight and is very painful, but after that hour it didn't bother me.
